KPIs

Every KPI against plan, always current

One scorecard for the numbers that run the business — synced automatically from the tools you already use, color-coded by pace, and connected to the goals they measure.

Why it matters

The numbers are somewhere. That’s the problem.

KPIs live in a dozen spreadsheets and dashboards. Someone rebuilds the scorecard before every leadership meeting — and the conversation still starts with “which number is right?”

  • Current without the busywork

Actuals sync in on a schedule — no more monthly copy-and-paste into a deck.

  • Pace you can read in seconds

Every cell is colored by pace against plan, with thresholds you set per KPI, board, or company.

  • Numbers tied to accountability

Each KPI has an owner and links to the goal it measures, so a slip has a name and a plan.

How it works

A scorecard that maintains itself

Automatic sync

Numbers flow in from the tools you already use

Connect Google Sheets, Excel (OneDrive or SharePoint), Power BI, Salesforce, or Snowflake, map actuals and targets once, and Elevea keeps them current on a schedule — with “sync now” when you need it. CSV import and fast keyboard entry cover the rest.

  • Daily through annual cadences, with your fiscal year
  • Sum, average, or last-value totals — so NPS is never summed
  • Parent and child KPIs with automatic roll-ups
Data you can trust

Corrections stick. History is kept.

When someone corrects a number by hand, sync never overwrites it. When a source restates a closed period, Elevea records the restatement and keeps the original — so last month’s scorecard still makes sense this month.

  • Provenance and change history for every value
  • Late data shows as a shortfall, never as “fine”
  • Comments and @mentions on every KPI
Connected to goals

The number, the goal, and the why — together

Link a KPI to a goal and you see both at once — the number you want to change and the work underway to change it. The KPI’s pace drives the goal’s status, and if actuals or targets go missing, Elevea reminds the owner. Then ask chat which KPIs are furthest behind, and why.

  • AI drafts KPIs and targets from a goal
  • Missing data triggers an owner reminder
  • Cited answers across goals, KPIs, and insights
What’s different

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which data sources can Elevea sync KPIs from?

KPIs sync automatically from the systems you already use — see Elevea’s current integrations. You can also import by CSV or enter values directly, and more integrations are being added rapidly, prioritized by customer demand.

How often do KPIs update?

Connected sources sync on a schedule several times a day, and anyone with access can sync on demand.

Do KPIs connect to goals and OKRs?

Yes. Link a KPI to a goal and its progress drives the goal. Elevea also flags goals whose KPI is missing data and reminds the owner.
