Built by someone who’s been in your seat
Elevea was built by an operator who spent years doing this work by hand — keeping goals, KPIs, & frontline insight current for fast-growing companies.
Why I built Elevea
I’ve spent 10+ years leading revenue and strategy teams in B2B software. I was chief of staff at a startup that grew from 7 to 150 people, then Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at a PE-backed software company, where we grew revenue 900% and went from 50 to 350+ employees during my tenure. Both times, I noticed that as our headcount grew, our leadership team’s ability to maintain a complete & accurate picture of what was really happening across the business declined — not because of failures in leadership, but simply due to the inefficiencies & ineffectiveness of communication in a large, hierarchical organization.
A big part of my job was keeping the answers to our most important questions current. How are we tracking against our goals? What’s blocked? What are our biggest opportunities & risks? How engaged is the team? Those questions rarely changed, but the answers did — yet they were buried in countless systems & minds, and by the time they reached my leadership team, they were late, partial, or gone.
Keeping the plan current meant a lot of nagging. Hearing the frontline meant skip-levels that got harder with every hire. I founded Elevea out of a mix of frustration with that problem and conviction that a better solution can be built: one where every employee has a voice, everyone works from the same picture, and the system does the chasing.
I bring this experience to every customer engagement, along with personalized, white-glove service, to make sure Elevea meets each customer’s unique goals.

Background
Listening is a strategy, not a culture initiative
The people closest to the action usually see the risks and opportunities first. Everyone should hear them.
-
Ground truth beats the org chart
The best intelligence lives with the people doing the work. Every layer it passes through filters it.
-
Trust is earned with sources
Every insight traces back to the words behind it, and everyone sees exactly what they should.
-
Insights must drive action
An insight that dies in a report is a note. Elevea links what you learn to goals and actions you track.
